The functionality Print Conductor has to offer comes in handy if you frequently have to print out a large number of files. You see, this is a batch printing utility. Load any files you want, select the printer you want, and let Print Conductor do its job – it will print out all the files you select.

If your computer was produced in the last decade and if you’re running a 32 or 64-bit Windows edition, anything from XP up to Windows 8, you won’t have any problems running Print Conductor. To get the application up and running you will have to complete a brief and simple setup procedure: download an installer, run it, click through the setup wizard.

From top to bottom, you will see the following on the application’s interface.
A toolbar with buttons that you can use to add documents, open a document, export the list, and more.
A central panel that lists all the files you loaded into the application.
A dropdown menu that allows you to select a printer.
A large Start button that initiates the batch printing process.

Using Print Conductor is a very straightforward process that can be broken down into three steps:
Step 1 – load some files. You can do so by dragging and dropping them onto the interface or by using the Add Documents or the Add Folder button. It must be mentioned here that you can load Office documents, HTML files, PDFs, TXT files, and more.
Step 2 – select a printer.
Step 3 – launch the printing process and wait for it to complete. Please note that the free version of Print Conductor will print out an advertising page alongside the files you select.

Frequently have to open and print out a large number of files? Make your life easier by getting Print Conductor, a very useful batch printing utility.

Pros

Modern and even older PCs will have no problems running Print Conductor. You won’t have any problems figuring out the interface. Support for many formats is provided: PDF, TXT, HTML, DOC, JPG, DWG, and more. Using Print Conductor is a very simple matter.

Cons

The free version will add an advertising page to the printing queue.
